About cookies

When you use our website, personal data may be collected via, for example, cookies. However, this is only done when you have given separate consent. Then the information about your use and which pages are visited is stored. This may be technical information about your device and internet connection such as operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies and unique identifiers. When visiting our websites where our services are provided, various types of technology may be used to recognize your electronic identity (the IP address you use) and what is visited on the website. This is done in order for us to learn more about how our website is used and to assess, for example, what possible improvements or other changes may be appropriate. This may be done directly or through the use of third-party technology.

Legal basis, storage and processing of personal data

In addition to having a legitimate purpose for our processing of your personal data (the purposes are stated above), we must also have a legal/legal basis for the processing.

Since you register for a training or other event with us, it is necessary for us to be able to process your personal data in order to fulfill the agreement we have with you regarding your participation in the training or event. When you provide information to Cordial AB, we therefore need to be able to register and store information about which training or event you have participated in and in order for us to be able to process the personal data for the purposes stated above. Thus, a legal/legal basis for our processing of the personal data is that this is necessary for us to be able to fulfill an agreement with you.

As an additional legal/legal basis for our processing of the personal data, our interest in carrying out the processing for the purposes stated above shall be deemed to outweigh your interest in the processing not taking place. The balancing of interests only takes place in the case of processing for the purposes stated above and only in the case of personal data that is of a non-sensitive nature (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address). Therefore, a legal/legal basis for our processing of personal data is also that this is necessary for the fulfillment of an interest of ours that outweighs your interest in the data not being processed (balancing of interests).

In some cases, we will only process your personal data if we have received your consent. Such consent is given by clicking on the “I agree” button on our website, but consent can also be given in another way. In these cases, consent is a legal/legal basis for our processing of personal data. Please note that we may also have an additional legal/legal basis for processing personal data. Please note that you can easily withdraw your consent by contacting us and notifying us that you are withdrawing your consent (for contact details, see the heading ”How to contact us”).

According to current legislation, the processing may not be processed for a longer period than is necessary in view of the purposes of the processing. We will therefore only be able to process your personal data as long as you are a customer of ours and where you have been or will return to our training courses or other events. In practical terms, this means that data is filtered out when it is no longer relevant or necessary for direct marketing for the purposes for which it has been collected and saved and as stated above. Some information may be processed for a longer period of time as this must be done according to various legal requirements, e.g. when the data must remain where it can constitute or be included in accounting material according to accounting or tax legislation.

Security

All our processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with high requirements for security and confidentiality. Our processing is protected by such technical security measures as are appropriate in view of the nature and scope of the personal data. They are protected by firewalls and virus protection and our actions in the systems are logged, while our staff are required to maintain confidentiality of the personal data according to employment or assignment agreements. Confidentiality commitments are also included in our personal data processing agreements and our instructions to the personal data processors we use.

Your rights and choices

We are prepared to fulfill your rights regarding your personal data and you have the opportunity to influence how your personal data is processed and what is saved with us. You can therefore contact us and request that your data be deleted or that the use of the data be restricted, and that we correct any incorrect data (for contact methods, see the Contact section). If you believe that we are processing your personal data in an incorrect or unauthorized manner or that you otherwise have questions or comments about how we process your personal data, we would be grateful if you would contact us. In our business, the protection of our customers’ privacy and personal data is a very important part.

You can at any time request that we stop sending you various types of marketing by clicking on ”unsubscribe/unregister” in emails and other communications that we send you. You are of course always welcome to contact us to get our help in ensuring that you no longer receive information from us.

You can and free of charge obtain information about which personal data we process and which concerns you, by requesting in writing a so-called register extract from Cordial AB. In order to fulfill our obligations to protect your personal integrity and that we do not disclose the information to any unauthorized person, we may in such a case need to request that you identify yourself.

Please note that we do not under any circumstances save any of your personal data that constitutes sensitive personal data according to GDPR or other law or regulation.
