General Terms of Booking

Registration to Cordial Business Education programs, events and seminars is binding. We do not refund your fee. If you are not able to participate in a program, course or seminar that your have signed up for, you may transfer your seat to a colleague or to postpone your participation to a forthcoming edition of the program, course or seminar (provided that there is a similar activity planned).

Free activities, such as breakfast and after work events can be cancelled up until 24 hours before the event takes place. In case of a ‘no show’ without prior cancelation in due time, you will be required to pay a “no show” fee of 495 SEK excl. VAT.

We reserve the right to cancel a program, course, seminar, breakfast or similar in the event of low number of participants. We also reserve the right to make amends to our educational programs. Please note that offers and discounts for our activities cannot be combined.

We cooperate with Svea Webpay for card payments.

Terms of Payment for Svea Webpay Card Payments
Payment by card is made in accordance with applicable rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use Svea’s hosted PCI DSS-certified card solution. We accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. The money is reserved on your account when received. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) very securely encrypted. No card numbers are stored. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments online 3D-Secure – a standard developed by Visa and MasterCard with the intention to securely validate the consumer when purchasing online.

Terms of Payment for Invoice

All of our education programs and events can be paid via invoice.

Payment terms are 10 days. Please submit your invoice address when registering for a program, course and/or an event.
