Enterprise Architecture – an overview (1 day)

BACKGROUND AND KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM
The main objective of the one day "Enterprise Architecture – an overview" program is to give a deeper understanding of the Enterprise Architecture as a means for business development. During the day we discuss the concept of the Business Model with focus on the infrastructure and strategic requirements, the concept of business model driven requirements, business processes, process models, information models and the connection between processes, information and IT on an overall level. We also discuss vision architecture, model-driven approach for scoping and estimating projects, strategic solution architecture and the methodology for internal and external market scan with focus on reuse etc. In addition, we also aim to give the participants an overview of the full 8-day Enterprise Architecture Program.

MAIN TEACHERS

	Lars Mårtensson, Cordial Business Advisers. Lars has over 15 years experiences in working with business and enterprise architectures within different industries such as finance, telecom, retail and public sector and is a highly appreciated speaker within the business and process architecture area.
	Patrik Hallén, Cordial Business Advisers. Patrik has over 15 year experience in working as a consultant within the enterprise architecture area and in sectors such as energy, finance, telecom, pharmaceuticals and travelling. Patriks area of expertise is strategic vision architectures through process, system and information modeling.
