EA Modeling School (6 days)
BACKGROUND
The overall aim of the program is to give the participants deeper knowledge about enterprise architecture modeling – specifically process-, information- and system modeling and architecture management. The program focuses on a practical approach to EA modeling and architecture management based on experiences and best practices and is based on the EA modeling tool ARIS.
The EA Modeling School is designed for Enterprise Architects, business- and requirement analysts, EA modelers and workshop facilitators as well as specialists within process-, information and system development and management. The architecture management part is also highly relevant for EA Repository managers.
The EA Modeling School is held over 6 days (2+2+2).
KEY OBJECTIVES AND DISPOSITION OF THE PROGRAM
Three core skills are developed in the program.
Architecture as a Platform for Business Development
In the program the participants gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of the background and purpose of architectural work. The participants also learn more about the potential and fields of use as well as basic knowledge about Enterprise Architecture.
Enterprise Architecture Modeling
At the EA Modeling School the participant gain practical knowledge of process-, information and system modeling with the EA Modeling tool ARIS. The program is applied and practical and also discusses success factors and pitfalls.
Architecture and Model Management
In the program the participant learn more about Enterprise Architecture as a tool for business development as well as architecture repository management and administration.

Eva Kammerfors works as a Senior Manager at Cordial Business Advisers. Eva has over 20 years of experience in working with process based business development and enterprise architecture. Besides modeling her expertise lies in architecture management, change management and project management. Besides Eva, the participants will meet Hanna Wijkström, Martin Samuelsson and Per Thulin. |
