Prosci Change Management Certification Program (3 days)
BACKGROUND
Since 2009, Cordial have successfully delivered tailor made compact programs as well as separate education modules and seminars on the Business transformation and change area.
Cordial has been selected to be Prosci's authorized provider in Sweden. This authorization enables Cordial to deliver Prosci's trainings as internal programs so clients can build change leadership skills to successfully implement changes.
Prosci's research-based models, processes and tools have become the industry standard, with the ADKAR® Model and Prosci's organizational change management methodology becoming two of the most widely used approaches for managing the people side of change in corporations and government agencies.
The combination of Cordial's extensive client experience in realizing successful change, and Prosci's research history in change management best practices gives your company the right tools and prerequisites to manage change successfully.
KEY OBJECTIVES AND DISPOSITION OF THE PROGRAM
Two core skills are developed during the program:
Establishing a sound change management foundation
In the program the participants learn the basic psychology of change, how the employees react during the projects different phases. Furthermore, we focus on methods which are vital in order to succeed like, Prosci´s 3 phase process for managing change and the ADKAR model.
Making change comes true
Next step is to learn how to apply the new skills into practice. The participants will learn how to manage the different stages of a change, i.e. preparing for change, managing change and last reinforcing the change.
