Business Architecture – an overview (1 day)

BACKGROUND
The "BA – an overview" one day program aims to give organizations a deeper understanding of how the Business Architecture Framework bridges the gap between strategies and structure by connecting business strategy, business models, business processes with management, organization and IT. It also gives and overview of the Business Model Transformation process (the analysis, innovation and realization of business models) and of the more thorough 7-day version of the Business Architecture Program.

TEACHERS

Björn-Erik Willoch and/or Linus Malmberg, both managing directors at Cordial Business Advisers and the creators of the Business Architecture Framework. Both Björn-Erik and Linus have 20+ year experience as management consultants, as managers of large international consulting firms and as entrepreneurs.
